Terms of Service
Last updated 4 September 2026
1.Agreement
These Terms govern use of dofollow.lol (the "Site"), operated by an individual ("we", "us") — there is no company behind it, and no user accounts. By using the Site, submitting a listing, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict on the mechanics of the board, the Rules control; on everything else, these Terms do.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not pay for a ranking. There is no account to create — agreement is formed by payment, not registration.
2.What you are buying
You are buying a position on a public leaderboard — the main board and the board for whichever category you chose — based on the total you have ever paid for that listing, highest first.
You are not buying traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, search ranking, a fixed position, or a position for any period of time. Anyone can pay more than you at any moment and take the rank above you. That is the entire mechanic of the Site and is not a defect or a failure to deliver.
The sponsored slot (see the Rules) is a separate, fixed-price weekly rental outside the ranked board — not a bid, and governed by the same no-refund terms in section 4.
- —Your total paid never decreases, and your listing is never reset or expired by us.
- —Your position can and will fall as others pay more. That is expected, not a malfunction.
- —Raising your own listing charges only the difference between your new bid and its current bid — your running total then equals the new bid. See the Rules.
3.Price and payment
Listings start at $5 and are priced in whole US dollars. Checkout is processed entirely by Stripe — we never receive or store your card details, per our Privacy Policy.
The amount is fixed when checkout opens. A rank is granted when Stripe confirms the payment and it is written to the board — not when your browser returns to the Site. If you close the tab right after paying, you still get the rank.
4.No refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds. A rank is digital content delivered immediately — it is applied to the public board as soon as payment settles, typically within seconds.
By paying, you expressly request that immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period once that performance has begun, to the extent the law that applies to you allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, that right still applies to you.
None of the following is grounds for a refund:
- —Being outranked when someone else pays more — that is what the board does.
- —Receiving fewer clicks or less attention than you expected. We promise no volume of either.
- —Listing the wrong URL, choosing the wrong category, or paying twice by mistake.
- —Your own site changing, going offline, or its title/description/icon resolving differently than you wanted after payment.
- —Your listing being removed or hidden for breaking these Terms or the Rules.
5.The one thing we will correct
If a technical fault on our side charges you without granting the rank it was for, or double-charges you for the same claim, that is our error and we will fix it — either by granting the rank you paid for or by returning the duplicate amount. Email [email protected] with your payment reference within 30 days. This is the only case in which money is returned, because a system fault is not a sale.
6.Chargebacks
Starting a chargeback or payment dispute for a rank that was delivered is a breach of these Terms. We keep a timestamped record of every payment and the rank it bought via Stripe, and will submit that record in response to any dispute.
Where a chargeback is raised against a delivered rank, we may hide the listing while the dispute is open and remove it permanently if the dispute succeeds — without restoring the position or any amount already paid toward it.
7.What you may list
You may list a product website, a profile URL (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or similar), an X @handle, or a standalone YouTube video or Shorts link with no site behind it, subject to the Rules. By paying, you confirm that:
- —You own the site, profile, handle, or video you are listing, or are authorized by its owner to promote it.
- —The destination is lawful, is not malware, phishing, or a scam, and does not contain content illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- —The listing does not impersonate another person or brand, and is not misleading about what the destination is.
- —You are not using the Site to launder affiliate or referral traffic — tracking parameters are stripped from every submitted URL.
8.Removal
We may reject, hide, or remove any listing at any time, at our discretion — including for breaking these Terms or the Rules, a credible legal or rights complaint, or content we believe is harmful or misleading. Removal does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.
The payment ledger is append-only. A removed listing keeps its record, so removal does not erase what was paid or reorder anyone else's rank.
9.Public metadata we display
To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about a listed destination — its title, description, and icon or profile photo, as described in our Privacy Policy. We use that material only to identify the listed product or profile on dofollow.lol and to show visitors where a paid ranking leads — not as our own brand, and not to suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the destination's owner unless the person who paid for the listing is that owner.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, and publicly display your listing and that fetched metadata for as long as needed to operate and keep a record of the Site. If you want a listing taken down, email [email protected] — takedown does not undo a completed payment (see section 4).
10.Rights complaints
If you believe a listing infringes your rights, or that a listed destination is unlawful, email [email protected] with: your contact details, the listing's page on dofollow.lol, the destination in question, a description of the problem, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We may remove or restrict the listing while we review it. Repeat or clearly abusive notices may be ignored.
11.No endorsement
Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a product, and we do not verify listed claims, prices, or results. Click and visitor counts describe what our systems recorded — they are not a promise you will see the same outcome. Links from the Site lead to destinations we do not control and are not responsible for.
12."As is", no warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors — or that ranks, click counts, or fetched metadata are accurate or complete.
13.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, or goodwill, however caused.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14.Third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. If enabled by us, DataFast (analytics) and Resend (email) act as described in our Privacy Policy. None of these are operated by us, and their outages or decisions are outside our control.
15.Changes
We may update these Terms, the Rules, or the Site itself at any time. The version published here at the time you pay is the version that governs that specific payment — a later change does not retroactively alter a rank you have already bought. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
16.Governing law
The Site is operated by an individual without a registered business entity. These Terms do not name a specific court or country of jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence still protects you regardless of anything in these Terms, including any right to bring a claim before your local courts.
